Logistic and Investment Centre Poznań in Swarzędz began operating in 1998. It offers land for small, medium-sized and large investments. CLIP covers the area of 1 700 000 m2 and is fully adjusted to investment needs. It has a customs office, customs warehouse and well-developed road and railway infrastructure.
